Collaboration Workshop Delivery

Centre for Research into Energy Demand Solutions (CREDS)

Cultivate Innovation partnered with the Centre for Research into Energy Demand Solutions (CREDS) to deliver a series of specialised half-day workshops. These workshops were designed to explore and enhance the impact of CREDS’s diverse, publicly funded research initiatives. Cultivate Innovation worked closely with the researchers across multiple institutions. The aim of the workshop delivery was to identify opportunities where collaboration with external stakeholders could amplify the application and influence of CREDS’s research findings.

  • Drawing on the knowledge and experience of the Cultivate Team in research and innovation across both public and private sectors
  • Involving researchers from multiple institutions, promoting cross-collaboration and diverse perspectives
  • Exploring opportunities for working with external stakeholders to increase the uptake and application of research outputs
  • Aiming to increase the impact of CREDS’s diverse and wide-ranging publicly funded research activities

Client Testimonial

Nick Eyre, Director, CREDS

“I have known Mike for a number of years from his work as an engineer and a leader in the energy research community. So I knew that he shared the commitment we have in CREDS to ensure that every researcher can maximise their impact. When we discovered that Cultivate had an impact training package, they were the obvious choice to help us – combining technical knowledge with training experience. We were delighted with the training delivered. Each CREDS theme had a workshop tailored to their particular needs, with a concrete output of deliverable plans to get impact for our research. Feedback from our early career researchers has been very positive.”
